Karim El-Koussa accepts two Official Citations for his book: Pythagoras: The Mathamagician

In 2005, and during karim's US tour, Mr. Michael Jarjura, the Mayor of Waterbury awarded Karim with an official citation on behalf of the City in recognition for the American publishing of his novel, Pythagoras: the Mathemagician.

The Mayor also gave the author the key to the city of Waterbury.

Along with that, Representative Selim Noujaim of the Connecticut State House of Representatives, offered Karim an official citation on behalf of the State of Connecticut, in recognition for his work in literature.
